Molino a Fuoco Camping Village

Camping Village Molino a Fuoco takes its name from the area around Vada in Tuscany which was drained during the 19th and 20th centuries by means of canals and also with the aid of a steam-driven machine fuelled by coal (hence the fire). This steam engine was connected to a grain mill for the processing of flour…giving rise to the popular name Molino del Fuoco. Founded in 1972, the Camping Village is a place of peace and relaxation, a collage of sensations that only luxuriant nature and our attention to detail can provide. From the outset, the campsite has been run and all services provided by the Storace-Ricci family, now in its third generation, and with even more motivation and dedication to its customers.

Located in the province of Livorno, our campsite offers pitches shaded by characteristic tree species such as pine, eucalyptus, tamarisk, poplar and olive and bordered by hedges of various shrubs: bay, pittosporum, privet and oleander.

For our guests’ comfort, Camping Molino a Fuoco offers various types of pitches, from 50 to 100 square metres, all with electric hook-up of up to 10 amps, to comfortably cater for your tent, caravan or camper van.
If you’re looking for the classic amping experience but don’t want to sacrifice all the mod cons, you’ll love our bungalows. All recently installed and beautifully equipped, our bungalows fit wonderfully in the natural setting of our campsite.
Our brand new Lodge Tents are the perfect compromise between classic camping style and the pleasure of more modern comfort. All types of tent are immersed in natural surroundings among native plant species. A really comfortable holiday without sacrificing the spirit of adventure typical of a camping trip!
