GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Camping Molino a Fuoco.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Camping Molino a Fuoco, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Camping Molino a Fuoco sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Camping Molino a Fuoco in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Camping Molino a Fuoco promise to send the client a confirmation letter and resume voucher which the client must present at the Check-in.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Free of charghe booking.From 7th of January we accept reservations either by fax, e-mail or telephone. A deposit of 30% of the stay total price will be requested in order to confirm the reservation.

In medium and high season Bungalows can be reserved only from Saturday till Saturday and from Sunday till Sunday.

In high season the minimum tariff for booked pitches is 40,00 euro per day (46,00 Euro Big Pitch).

Reserved days will be counted even in case of earlier departures.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation - within 30 days before the arrival - the deposit will be sent back deducted 40,00 euro for stationery expences.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution e/o to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Camping Molino a Fuoco, are legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Vivorno.
