GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Camping Molino a Fuoco.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Camping Molino a Fuoco, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Camping Molino a Fuoco sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Camping Molino a Fuoco in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Camping Molino a Fuoco promise to send the client a confirmation letter and resume voucher which the client must present at the Check-in.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

ALLGEMEINE GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN

Die Buchungen sind kostenlos und können per Fax, Internet, E-Mail oder Telefon ab dem 07. Januar getätigt werden. Mit Buchungsbestätigung erbitten wir von unseren Kunden eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 30 % des Gesamtaufenthaltspreises.

Die Bungalows können in der Hoch- und Mittelsaison von Samstag auf Samstag bwz. ron Sonntag bis Conntag gemietet wesden.

In der Zeit der Hochsaison ist der Tagesmindestsatz - bei Reservierungen - Euro 42,00 (48,00 Euro Großer Stellplatz).

Die gebuchte Tageszahl wird auch bei verspäteter Anreise oder früherer Abreise zu berechnet.

RÜCKTRITTSBEDINGUNGEN

Im Falle eines Stornos, innerhalb eines Monats vor Ankunftsdatum, wird die Anzahlung unter Abzug einer Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von Euro 40,00 zurückerstattet.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution e/o to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Camping Molino a Fuoco, are legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Livorno.
